LotUs Assist is a boutique service that specialises in National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coach and Specialist Support Coordination in NSW, Hunter Region, including Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Maitland, Cessnock, Dungog, Port Stephens, Forster/Tuncurry, Taree and the Northern Rivers and South East Queensland. We cater for children, young people and adults.
We are an approved NDIS Provider with an established track record of providing high quality support coordination services. We provide individual support that truly meets your needs.
Support Coordination is a NDIS funded support intended to build the capacity of Participants.
There are 4 levels of Support Coordination:

- Support Connection - Level 1 - Intended to increase capacity to connect with informal supports, community, and funded supports.
- Coordination of Supports - Level 2 - Focuses on building the skills to understand and implement your plan. A Support Coordinator will work closely with you to choose providers that will deliver supports best suited to your individual needs.
- Also assist you to maintain relationships with providers, increase your independence and manage and coordinate service delivery.
- Specialist Support Coordination - Level 3 - This is specifically for participants requiring higher level support. A Specialist Support Coordinator will assist you to manage challenges in a complex environment and ensure consistent delivery of service.
- Psychosocial Recovery Coach - A recovery coach is a NDIS funded worker that has mental health knowledge. A recovery coach will spend time with you, understand your needs, find out about different services and supports, help you get support from mental health services and help you better understand the NDIS.
