We Care TAS

The founder and CEO of the organization Mr. Paul White is following in the footsteps of his grandfather Late Mr Noel Howard, OAM, the Executive Director and Founder of Illawarra Retirements Trust and continuing his legacy.

Paul White suffers from Fibromyalgia, making his life harder. He had no purpose in life and was ready to give up. Then, he remembered his grandfather telling him "to make sure you have a purpose in life". Hence, Paul White thought that his goal in life is to help people and to make them smile.

Therefore, WE CARE TAS have brought volunteers together to help CEO Mr Paul White to help you to get your happiness. Paul White started this organization because he was getting a different support worker everyday and it makes him feel so exhausted. He realized that a lot of people are suffering from this situation. If people get same the support everyday, they will feel happy and calm. Basically, Paul White wants to serve those people with respect and integrity and give them back their dignity, freedom and independence.
