Thorndale Foundation is passionate about delivering services that empower people with disabilities to live a full life. The dedicated team will assist in the development of services that will be tailored around reaching an individual’s goals while, still being flexible and open to change. Regular contact helps to ensure that participants are happy with their progress and the supports they are receiving along the way.

Supported Employment.
Thorndale Foundation offer supported employment opportunities for people with a disability. 

Leisure, Living and Life Skills.
Thorndale provides a range of Leisure, Living and Life Skills program options for people with a disability. Participants enjoy community based activities suited to their individual needs and identified goals.

Residential.
Thorndale’s residential services enable people with disability to live in a positive environment with professional support in our safe and comfortable homes.

School Leavers Employment Support.
Thorndale Industries hosts students from more than 10 High Schools both locally and from as far as Parramatta. 

Thorndale Social.
Thorndale Social offers participants the chance to unwind, make new friends and enjoy a range of fun filled weekend and evening activities in their local and broader community.
