Our allied health services are provided in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

We provide high quality allied health services to improve fitness, mobility, self care, falls prevention, chronic pain care, chronic disease care, incontinence and mental health.
We provide allied health services in different ways, including individual clinic consultation; home visit consultation; telehealth and telerehabilitation; one on one exercise coaching in gym; and group exercise

Our current allied health team has physiotherapists, chiropractor, exercise physiology and remedial massage therapists, with podiatrists and occupational therapists coming soon.

We accept fundings from different sources, including private insurance; home care package; NDIS; DVA; Medicare EPC program, Workcover and CTP claims.

We adopt a balanced scheme to treat musculoskeletal conditions. We could use both hands-on approaches (e.g, deep tissue release and joint mobilisation) and equipments (e.g., TENS, ultrasound, low level laser, traction bed, shockwave and dry needling) to alleviate body pain. And we would provide self-management measures/strategies to practice at home to maintain the effects achieved in the clinic.

We guide you through relevant therapeutic exercises, in progression, to amend your muscle weakness and we would then address your posture issues to relieve ongoing strain; and explain the prognosis of the condition and its implication to your life.
