Strength Potential, based on the Sunshine Coast, provides services throughout South East Queensland (SEQ). Their purpose is to help young people discover their strengths, so they can reach their potential and in turn, make a difference in the lives of others.

Their services include:

  • Individualised One-on-One Mentoring: A tailored mentoring relationship that incorporates core and capacity-building supports.
  • 1 on 1 and Group Respite Programs.
  • Engaging Holiday Group Activities: These activities promote social interaction, skill developmen, and participation. 

Strength Potential specialises in working with neurodiverse young people aged 10 to 25 and recognize the significance of mentoring relationships for this demographic.

  • Establishing Tailored NDIS Mentorship Relationships: They specialise in creating enduring, customized mentorship bonds that align with participants' NDIS plans, supporting their unique aspirations.
  • Empowering Confidence and Self-Esteem: Their programs boost the confidence and self-esteem of young individuals, aligning with NDIS goals, enabling them to face challenges and opportunities with resilience and self-assurance.
  • Achieving NDIS Goals: Strength Potential assists young people in aligning their activities with their interests and strengths, facilitating the successful outworking of their NDIS goals.
