  • Support Connection and Assist Life Stage Transition - do you need assistance to choose the supports you require, or do you need some assistance building your skills to move to the next stage of your life? SCC can assist with this process. Star Community Care act independently with Support Coordination and explain to you all the options open to you. 

  • Participate Community - to support you to participate actively in recreational, social and civic activities and to enjoy what the local community has to offer.

  • Group and Centre based Activities – providing meaningful social, recreational and skill development activities in a group setting either in the community or at a local facility.

  • Develop Life Skills - Would you like support to build your skills to live independently in the community? SCC we can help you. 

  • Household Tasks – SCC cleaners and gardeners can come to your home and assist you with the jobs around the house to make sure your home is safe and spick and span.

  • Daily Task/Shared Living – Would you like to live in a shared house with other like-minded people? Star Community Care can assist you with this and provide the supports you need.

  • Transport - Do you require transport as part of your NDIS support? Talk to us about how SCC can connect you with where you need to go in your community.
