We believe in a collaborative and individualised approach between the person, their support networks, service providers and PoDDSS to identify the best solutions possible.

PODDSS works with primary persons as well as their families, support networks and stakeholders to provide options for quality of life through choice through a person-centred approach with the overall aim of enabling choice and achieving their chosen goals.

PoDDSS believes that individuals need to be supported by trained and competent staff. We are a group of people from a variety of backgrounds who have worked extensively for people with a disability and ranges of diagnoses. We include psychologists, social workers and behavioural analysts and these skills come together to provide quality Support Coordination.
