Sunflower and Ivy is a ‘little hub’ of art therapy that offers a range of art classes, workshops and individualised art therapy services. Sunflower and Ivy believes art offers a rich opportunity for exploration and discovery as well as emotional development.  A place to create, connect and nurture. 

Sunflower Care Services offers individuals short term and long term accommodation as well as support with their daily activities including medication, personal care, transfers, recreational and social activities as well as community participation. We also support individuals with high support needs such as PEG feeds, epilepsy and behaviour management.

Sunny Care is an approved provider of home care packages and NDIS within the Brisbane region. Our purpose is to support older people to live live happy, healthy and fulfilled lives within their home.

Sunny Nutrition and Dietetics support individuals to improve their health and well being by developing a healthy relationship with food. Together we develop a unique nutrition plan tailored to your needs, capabilities, preferences, and medical condition, food allergies or other special needs.

Subtle Support aims to provide genuine support program that recognises the personal needs of all participants. Living your best life in the way that makes YOU happy is their ultimate goal.
