Thorndale Foundation has remained a passionate and dedicated not-for-profit organisation, supporting people with disability to help achieve their goals since 1959 with an aim to provide opportunity and equality for people with disability within the Nepean community. 

Starting a plan can be tricky, it is hard to know what supports are out there and how you can use your plan to get everything you want. Thrive Support Coordinators will help you understand your plan and find the supports and services that suit you.

Thrive Community Services offer a range of boutique services within the Hunter Valley, Lake Macquarie, and Central Coast communities.

Thrive House provides staff and accommodation on a “as needed” basis to people across a wide range of ages, disability, family and community support services. 

Therapy and Learning Centre have highly experienced and qualified therapists work together to identify problem areas for children of all ages and develop programs to help each child specifically.

Therapy Connect provides flexible, person-centered allied health supports via telepractice for people who experience disability or delay in development that affects their participation at home, in the community, in childcare, education or the workplace. 

Therapy Pro is a registered NDIS provider of therapy services and is committed to providing exceptional, client-centred, outcomes-focused therapy to people with disabilities. We work with you to strengthen your capacity and achieve your goals.
