We are dedicated to making a difference to the lives of  people we take care of.  We are NDIS registered to assist you with community participation activities, household tasks and all levels of personal or nursing care.  Our staff are thoroughly screened,  experienced and hold a minimum of Cert III in disability services.  We have capacity to support you in South East Queensland and New South Wales now.

To support families, we provide a Key Worker Specialist to be the main point of contact specialising in promoting their child with developmental delay or disability (0-12) to reach their functional goals. This transdisciplinary model is a collaborative approach and currently viewed as best practice in early childhood intervention.

Advocate Lifestyle Support strive daily to ensure the people supported feel valued, are listened to, and are provided with the best services. The Advocate team is highly skilled and passionate, and dedicated to their clients.

AEIOU is a profit-for-purpose organisation, which was established in 2005 to deliver high-quality therapy and care. Our family-centred program meets the Guidelines for Good Practice (Roberts & Prior 2012) and supports children with autism to develop essential life skills, independence, confidence and inclusion.

Affinity Horsemanship and Riding Centre offers horse-riding tuition, Learn to Ride programs, and Equine Therapy programs.

Affinity Rehabilitation is a small team of experienced physiotherapists with a passion for optimising independence and achieving client centred goals. We specialise in neurological conditions, geriatrics and pre and post operative procedures.

Africare Disability Services (ADS) is a Multicultural agency providing professional and cultural home disability services to individuals living with a disability in the South-East Queensland Areas. We speak your language to make sure that our services matches with your life support service options.
