Community Solutions is a registered NDIS provider who support people of all ages to achieve the goals they have set out in their NDIS Plan. The services we provide are directed by the people we support and are always guided by participant choice. These services include, Support Coordination, Specialist Support Coordination, Specialist Behaviour Support and Psychology.
We provide NDIS services across Queensland and Victoria.

As a registered NDIS provider, CBS provides service solutions to people with disability and people with mental illness that enable them to achieve their goals in life.

We operate across the greater Sydney area, extending to the Nepean, Hawkesbury, Central Coast and Wollongong, and provide support options to people regardless of age or disability type (including complex disabilities).
