Mindful Men is a therapy service that aims to support men to open up about their life challenges. Social work frameworks underpin Simon’s work, where men talking about emotions and feelings is normalised and encouraged.

As an unregistered provider, Simon accepts referrals from self and plan managed participants.

Simon works with a range of disabilities, and believes relationship is critical to a therapeutic process.

Whilst Mindful Men is targeted towards 18-65 year old men, Simon is open to working with children and people not identifying as male. Contact to discuss further.

Simon is a proud mental health advocate, and uses his social media platforms to promote issues about men’s health and wellbeing. This includes the Mindful Men Podcast where Simon talks with guests from across the world about issues relevant to men.
