We take pride in our ability to offer a flexible, individualised service which supports your nutrition goals. We welcome referrals to people seeking support with any aspect of their nutrition and support people of all ages, except for paedatrics. Goals that we provide support with may include:

• Medical nutrition therapy for gastrointestinal (GI) conditions, IBS, eating disorders or disordered eating (ARFID, anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder), high blood pressure, high cholesterol, food intolerance or allergy, acquired brain injury, motor neuron disease, endometriosis, and PCOS
• Diagnosis and treatment of malnutrition including accessing oral nutrition supplements if required - Management of enteral nutrition including feeding plans, tube care, and ordering supplies
• Management of dysphagia requiring modified texture food and/or fluids
• Specialised nutrition support for individuals with disabilities
• Assistance with fussy eating or picky eating
• Learning about nutrition for general health and well-being
• Building a positive relationship to food and body
• Training of support workers and/or family members
• Meal planning, recipe development, cooking classes and supermarket tours
