Our team of experienced and friendly professionals is here to provide you with the support and resources you need to help you through your difficulties.

We offer a wide range of counselling services, tailored to meet your individual needs. We strive to ensure that each of our clients feels heard and valued as they embark on their journey of self-discovery.

We are also proud to advise we have visiting allied health professionals to assist with speech therapy and occupational therapy.

Our services include: Psychology, art therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy. Group programs for parenting (Circle of Security) and offering LEGO club groups for kids aged 7-12. Our experienced team consist of psychologists, provisional psychologists, mental health social workers, counsellors and art therapists. We also have a speech pathologist and OT.
