Navigating the complex process of accessing funding and services can be daunting for many people living with disabilities. Abilify Disability Support provides advocacy and assistance to help both existing NDIS plan holders and non-NDIS clients figure out what support they need and how to get it. Through a professional assessment, we help recipients connect with the appropriate support and achieve their goals based on their individual needs.

Our mission is to help Australians living with disabilities live their life to the fullest through our five A’s: Advice, Advocacy, Access, Assistance and Achieve.

We connect support workers and service providers with recipients that best match their needs, experience, and personalities. With a team leader as their main point of contact and a pool of support workers, clients are able to build strong and trusted relationships with staff.

We also help manage the review process, provide advice on consulting with doctors, assist in finding accommodation and support home and gardening needs.

Achieving Goals - Our skilled support workers will collaborate with you to develop a personalised plan that focuses on your aspirations and desires.

Experienced & Caring Staff - Our dedicated support workers are trained to provide compassionate care, ensuring your comfort and well-being at all times.

Flexibility - We understand that every individual is unique, and we are committed to working with you to create a personalised support plan that meets your specific needs and preferences.
