NDIS Annual Report 2022-23

Latest NDIS Annual Report: more than 600,000 people on the NDIS.

The latest NDIS Annual Report has now been released, the first annual report under new CEO Kurt Fearnley AO.

There are now more than 600,000 NDIS participants. Highlights include an increase in participants involvement in community and social activities, as well as paid work. In line with the NDIS goal of increasing the number of employees with lived experience, the report indicates more than 20% of NDIS staff identify as having a disability.

The NDIA 2022-23 Annual Report was tabled on 31 October 2023.

There are now 631,529 participants on the NDIS according to the latest NDIS Quarterly Report.

Key highlights of the report which covers July to September 2023 include higher than expected numbers of children with developmental delay entering the scheme and a 15.1% overall increase annualised plan budgets.
