Supported Independent Living: Assistance with living independently, including help with daily living tasks, managing a tenancy, and accessing the community.

Health and Wellbeing: Assistance to maintain and improve physical and mental health, including exercise programs and therapy.

Assistive Technology: Equipment and aids to help with daily living tasks and increase independence, such as wheelchairs, communication devices, and hearing aids

Transport: Assistance with transport to and from medical appointments, social events, and community activities.

Support for Carers: Assistance for family members or other informal carer to manage the care and support of a person with a disability, including respite care, training, and counselling.

Specialist Support Coordination: Assistance for people with complex needs to access and coordinate services across multiple providers, including the development of a comprehensive support plan.
