We provide disability support through strong companionship and a focus on wellness. Our carers are committed to provide outstanding support based on clients unique needs. Encourage wellness habits with ongoing clients (where possible). Live and breathe NCW values of kindness, wellness and joy.

Travel/Community Access

• Support for travel needs and transportation - assisting you to get from place A to place B Supporting to go out of the house, accessing community, participating in communal activities and attending social events.
• Going out and about, help getting to work, attending social and communal events. Our support can range from a few hours to ongoing support.

Home work/ mentor

• Our young staff can be a big brother or big sister supporting with home work, sports and recreational activities.

Nutrition and grocery + meal plan

• We have nutritionist support or team members that can help with grocery shopping, meal planning and cooking.
• Our team can also support with household activities such as small cleaning tasks.
