Green Harbour is a Registered Nurse led provider who specialise in providing in support to those who may have more complex care needs. Our staff are passionate about helping people reach their goals and getting more out of life.

We listen and work with you, we believe service begins with understanding. Our team of passionate care staff are led by a registered nurse providing them with a wealth of experience and on hand clinical support and ongoing training and support.

Personal care – Including personal care for people with needing high intensity supports, such as transfers, personal hygiene, mobility and bowel and bladder management.

In home supports – Including assistance with day-to-day activities and building capacity and independence in the home.

Accessing the community – Participating in the community, help accessing appointments, education, work, and hobbies.

Our director founded our company after working in the community and seeing that with more understanding you can provide better quality and more relevant services. With understanding we can empower peoples lives.
