Kate is a holistic therapist, she guides clients through sound healing, meditation & art therapy. working with clients of all ages in a one on one setting to help move through limiting beliefs, trauma, mental illness, any issues that are blocking you from becoming the best version of yourself.
Taking on a holistic approach with every session, each session can look a little different depending on the individual. Kate offers sound healing meditation and breath work in every art therapy session. Kate Uses the creative process of making art to improve a persons physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Art therapy is for everyone, Communication is universal through art. You do NOT need to be artistic, or connected with your creativity to benefit from art therapy.
