NDSC - National Disability Care & Support

NDSC - National Disability Care & Support are a small dedicated team, with a wide geographical footprint in South East Queensland. They have a passionate and highly skilled team with good knowledge of the NDIS.

NDSC - National Disability Care & Support currently have the capacity to accept NDIS participants in the following services -

1. Daily Household Tasks  

2. Daily Personal Activities  

3. Community Nursing Care

4. Participation in Community, Social and Civic Activities.  

5. Development of Daily Living and Life Skills.  

6. Assistance in Daily Life Tasks in Group and Shared Living Arrangements.  

7. Assistance in Coordinating or Managing Life Stages, Transitions and Supports

8. Assistance with Travel/Transport Arrangements   

9. Management of Funding for Supports in  Participant's Plans

Participants will be in the best of hands with the dedicated team, providing continuous coverage throughout the year.
