Curawell provides independent support coordination to people who are on the NDIS for psychosocial disability. They help take away the worry of understanding how NDIS plans work, how funding can be spent, and help find quality supports.
If you have support coordination funding in your plan, Curawell can help connect you to services and supports within your community.
They also mediate between you and those supports, as well as help you to understand what sort of supports may be appropriate with your level of NDIS funding.
Curawell provides services by mental health wellbeing facilitators, and their role is to support you in reaching your short and long-term goals in your everyday life. How this support looks for one participant may look very different for the next and is all about flexibility. If you are unsure what a (mental health) wellbeing facilitator is, please contact Curawell and they can help answer any questions you may have.
