Horizon SDA properties feature Assistive Technology, on site support workers unit where appropriate, adjustable bench tops and surfaces and kitchen appliances that are designed to be reachable to all. Our plans are bright and modern, a far cry from care facility living. Horizon SDA have a Participant First approach – they consult with providers regularly as a part of their design process, and where possible customise housing around individual participants needs.
